Description of project: This new construction project encompasses 625,000 total square feet of space, 180,000 square feet of exhibit space, 32 meeting rooms and a 30,000 square foot grand ballroom. Conveniently located outside the Center's door are two parking decks and an enclosed skywalk that connects to one of the city's largest hotels. Within a six-block radius of the Richmond Center there are more than 4600 additional parking spaces and an additional 8500 hotel rooms in the surrounding metropolitan area.
Services performed: General Contractor (JV)—provided administrative, management, and field personnel including superintendents and MBE coordinator. Performed rough & finished carpentry as well as casework.
