Description of project: Renovation of second floor office building—11,000 square foot. The building's primary tenant, The Richmond Free Press, is one of the city's premier newspaper organizations.
Services performed: General Contractor-Renovation and alterations of local historic landmark. Project scope included demolition of existing walls, new metal stud and drywall partitions, new acoustical treatment, raised panel doors, vinyl wall covering, restroom renovations, new break room with casework, fire protection, appliances, new mechanical and electrical system, and enlargement of elevator.
