Description of project: New construction of a five story, 128,000 square-foot built-to-suit office building. Facility features include two-level parking structure for 500 cars. UPS and emergency generator, state-of-the-art technology, five satellite dishes, 200-seat cafeteria and on-site training facility.
Services performed: Joint Venture General Contractor Partner - In a Joint Venture agreement, Davis Brothers served as a joint venture general contractor partner for the construction of this financial operations center. Davis Brothers contributed management expertise and oversight of various trades.
